Instructions: How to use the Demo.

Step 1 (login as Admin):

  1. The client icon is "OFFLINE" when the operator is not available for chat. You can leave a message.
  2. Click the link above to login as Administrator with the username & password above.

Step 2 :

  1. Refresh this page, you'll notice the status icon will change to "ONLINE" since you've already logged in as admin.
  2. Click the "ONLINE" status icon image above to start chatting as a client.
  3. Enter the required information, click Enter Chat button.
  4. You'll see the message "Please wait while we connect you to a live chat representative."

Step 3 (start chat as operator):

  1. You'll hear the "ring" sound event when the client entered the Live Chat.
  2. Click Accept to start chat.
  3. In the Canned Reponses, select " Welcome" .
  4. The canned response "Hello, how may I help you ?" displays in chat box, click Send Message button to send a message to client.

Step 4 (start chat as client):

  1.  Now you can start chatting with yourself as operator & client.


The visitor can print the transcript by clicking the Printer icon
